Cookie Policy
Effective Date: October 8, 2026 | Last Updated: October 19, 2026
In Plain English
- talkkit.ai uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It does not set advertising cookies and has no advertising pixels.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also counts visits and measures page speed without using cookies.
- The voice widget connects to our servers only to run your conversation.
- Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, under Stripe's policy.
This Cookie Policy explains how Bigly Sales, Inc., doing business as Talk Kit ("Talk Kit," "we," "our," or "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on talkkit.ai and in the Talk Kit voice widget. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
What Cookies And Similar Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), scripts and small requests that send information about a page view back to a server. We use the word "cookies" below to cover all of these.
Cookies are usually grouped into four categories: strictly necessary (needed for the site to work), functional (remember your choices), analytics (measure how a site is used) and advertising (track you across sites to show ads).
What Our Website Actually Uses
We checked talkkit.ai in a standard browser on October 8, 2026, by loading the home page and opening the voice widget. At that time the site set no cookies and stored nothing in localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. The page made requests to the services listed below.
| Service | Domain | Purpose | Category | Cookies |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Pages | talkkit.ai | Hosts and delivers the website securely. | Strictly necessary | None observed |
| Talk Kit widget | app.biglysales.com | Loads the voice widget script. | Strictly necessary | None observed |
| Talk Kit API | talkkit.biglysales.com | Loads the widget's settings and, when you start a call, connects your conversation. | Strictly necessary | None observed |
| Google Fonts | fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com | Delivers the Poppins and Inter typefaces. Google receives your IP address as part of the request. | Strictly necessary | None observed |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | static.cloudflareinsights.com | Counts page views and measures page performance in aggregate. | Analytics (cookieless) | None. Cloudflare states it does not use cookies or local storage for this. |
| Google Analytics | www.googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com | Measures how many people visit, where they come from (such as a search engine or a link) and which pages and plans they look at. | Analytics | _ga, _ga_<ID> (first-party, up to 2 years) |
Strictly Necessary
The services above that deliver the page, its fonts and the voice widget are needed for talkkit.ai to work. They do not set cookies on talkkit.ai. Like any web server, they receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to respond.
Functional
We do not use functional cookies. The site does not remember choices, such as the monthly or yearly billing toggle, between visits.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources and how visitors move from the home page to pricing and checkout. It sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which hold a random identifier, and it passes that identifier to app.biglysales.com when you choose a plan, so we can measure checkout as one visit. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and we have turned off Google signals and ad personalization. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics runs without cookies. You can block it with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Cloudflare, our host, also runs a lightweight script that reports aggregated page views and page-load timing without setting cookies. We do not use Microsoft Clarity or any session-recording tool on talkkit.ai.
Advertising
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting tags or social media pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) on talkkit.ai, and we do not let advertisers place cookies on it.
During A Voice Conversation
When you start a conversation, the widget asks your browser for microphone permission and opens a real-time audio connection to our voice infrastructure. Your browser, not talkkit.ai, remembers whether you allowed the microphone, and you can change that at any time in your browser's site settings.
The widget includes an open-source logging library that can read a single localStorage entry named loglevel to decide how much diagnostic information to show in your browser's developer console. It contains no personal information, and we did not observe it being set.
The Talk Kit widget works the same way on our Customers' websites. Those websites may use their own cookies and tools, which are covered by their own cookie and privacy policies, not this one.
Stripe Checkout
When you choose a plan, you leave talkkit.ai for a checkout page run through app.biglysales.com and Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages to process payments securely and prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's own policies, available at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
How To Control Cookies And Storage
Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can block or delete cookies, clear site storage and manage microphone permission in your browser settings. Help pages for common browsers:
Because talkkit.ai does not rely on cookies, blocking them will not stop the site or the voice widget from working. Blocking scripts entirely will stop the voice widget from loading, but you can still read the site.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking on talkkit.ai, there is nothing for those signals to switch off.
Changes To This Policy
If we add new cookies or tools, we will update this page and the "Last Updated" date before or when they go live. Please check this page from time to time.
