Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
In Plain English
- We want everyone to be able to use talkkit.ai and the Talk Kit voice widget.
- We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We do not yet claim full conformance.
- If anything gets in your way, email [email protected] or call (855) 525-4843. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
Our Commitment
Talk Kit, a brand owned by Bigly Sales, Inc., is committed to making talkkit.ai and the Talk Kit voice widget usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We are working toward that goal and test and improve the site as it changes. We have not completed a formal audit, and we do not claim that every page currently conforms.
Measures We Have Taken
- Semantic HTML. Pages declare their language and use real headings, navigation, header, section and footer elements, so screen readers can move through them by structure.
- Labels for controls and icons. Buttons and links that show only an icon, such as the talking orb and our social media links, have text labels for assistive technology. Decorative graphics, such as the animated sound bars, are hidden from screen readers.
- Keyboard access. Links, buttons and form fields are standard HTML controls that can be reached and used with a keyboard. Key controls show a visible focus outline. The billing period toggle announces which option is selected.
- Color contrast. Body text and headings use light text on a dark background with a contrast ratio well above the 4.5:1 WCAG AA minimum.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the orb, sound bar and blinking indicator animations are turned off.
- Resizable text. The layout adapts to small screens and browser zoom without horizontal scrolling on our legal pages.
- Status messages. Short messages from the orb are announced to screen readers as status updates.
Alternatives To Voice
Talk Kit is voice-first: its main feature is talking out loud with an AI assistant, which requires a microphone and the ability to speak and hear. We know this is not usable for everyone. Alternatives include:
- The written website. Everything the voice assistant can tell you about Talk Kit, including plans, features and frequently asked questions, is also written on talkkit.ai.
- The typed form. The widget's form is typed, not spoken. The name, phone number and email you enter there let the business follow up with you by text message or email.
- Direct contact. You can always reach us by email or phone using the details below.
If you reach Talk Kit on another business's website, that business can also help you through its own contact options.
Known Limitations
- Voice conversations do not currently show live captions or a text transcript while you talk.
- The widget's form fields use placeholder text rather than visible labels.
- Some buttons on talkkit.ai use white text on a green background, which is below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio. We are reviewing these colors.
- Voice recognition can be less accurate for some speech patterns, accents and speech disabilities.
We are working to address these limitations. In the meantime, please use the alternatives above or contact us and we will help directly.
Feedback And Accommodation Requests
If you have trouble using any part of talkkit.ai or the Talk Kit widget, need information in another format, or want to request an accommodation, please contact us. Tell us the page or feature, the problem and the assistive technology you use, if any.

Third-Party Content
Some parts of the experience are provided by others, such as Stripe's checkout pages and the websites of businesses that use Talk Kit. We cannot control their accessibility, but we will share feedback with them and help you find another way to complete your task.
